Vice President, Operations	Oversees League Operations organization Manages field Usage Secures field permits Manages field assignments, layout, & maintenance
Vice President, Soccer	Responsible for all affiliated teams and all matters related to the CSCVYSL Soccer Program Organizes Coaching & Referee Workshops Communicates pertinent information to coaches & referees Works with the Coaching Committee and San Jose FC DoC to provide a recommendation to the Board on approval of Competitive coaches/teams
Vice President, Finance	Oversees League Finance organization Manages League financial accounts Manages League payments Yearly Corporate filings
Registrar	Organizes Registration for Recreational players Manages player transfers, adds, and drops Generates reports to CYSA-N Provides advice and communicate all registration rules to teams Oversees Competitive Registrar
Secretary	Records Board meeting minutes Organizes Board meetings Manages Opening Day program Manages Picture Day Generates monthly newsletter
Equipment Director	Manages & maintains all League Capital Assets (Goal, flags, lawn mowers, etc) Manages procurement of team uniforms
Tournament Director	Manages all League-sponsored Tournaments Magic Cup Boys’ Tournament Recreational Jamboree
Competitive Coordinator	League Liason to competitive playing leagues Communicates League Information to Coaches Oversees Project 40 program
U6 Age Group Coordinator (AGC)	Overall responsibility for the U5/U6 Recreational program, including teams, coaches, players & parents. Manages U5 & U6 Rec Team Formation Assigns Coaches Schedules Games Interfaces with the CYSA Play-through league as required Communicate League Information to Coaches
U8 Age Group Coordinator (AGC)	Overall responsibility for the U7/U8 Recreational program, including teams, coaches, players, and parents Manages U7 & U8 Team Formation Assigns Coaches Schedules Games Interfaces with the CYSA Play-through league as required Communicates League Information to Coaches
U10 Age Group Coordinator (AGC)	Overall responsibility for the U9/U10 Recreational program, including teams, coaches, players, and parents Manages U9 & U10 Team Formation Assigns Coaches Schedules Games Interfaces with the CYSA Play-through league as required Communicates League Information to Coaches
U12 Age Group Coordinator (AGC)	Overall responsibility for the U12/U14/U16/U18 Recreational program, including teams, coaches, players & parents Manages U12+ Team Formation Assigns Coaches Schedules Games Interfaces with the CYSA Play-through league as required Communicates League Information to Coaches

Non-Voting Positions
Director of Coaching, San Jose FC	Responsible for all CV San Jose FC teams Organizes Coaching Workshops Communicates pertinent information to coaches Works with the Coaching Committee and VP, Soccer to provide a recommendation to the Board on approval of CV San Jose FC coaches
Referee Assignor	Assigns referees to all CV home matches Ensures referees are qualifed for assigned matches Monitors referee match attendance Referee Committee Member
Competitive Registrar	Organizes Registration for Competitive players Manages player transfers, adds, and drops Generates reports to CYSA-N Provides advice and communicate all registration rules to teams
Competitive Game Scheduler (U08-U12)	Schedule all home games for CVYSL Competitive U08-U12 Teams
Competitive Game Scheduler (U13-U18)	Schedule all home games for CVYSL Competitive U13-U18 Teams
Recreational Game Scheduler	Schedule all home games for CVYSL Recreational Teams
Volunteer Coordinator	Manages League volunteers
Sponsorship Coordinator	Develop league sponsorship base League fundraising
PCA Coordinator	Manages PCA workshops Manages/develops field Marshal Program Manages Adult background checks
Web Master	Manage Web Content Assign Team web pages Manage department access
