Field setup and breakdown procedures
It is imperative that these procedures are followed exactly to ensure that ALL teams using these fields enjoy the following
- Fields properly marked for players and referees
- Goals, nets and corner flags properly set-up
- Equipment properly stored away after last game
- Garbage picked-up so the league can continue using the fields
Responsibility
- The 1st home team of the day is responsible for field set-up.
- The last home team of the day is responsible for takedown
- The 1st visiting team of the day is responsible for lining the field.
- Every team is responsible for field clean up
If everyone follows these simple procedures everyone will have a very rewarding and fun soccer season!
Coaches: remember to get parents to help with set-up, takedown, cleanup and field marking:
Field Lining
(Fammatre, Reed, Sartorret, Shalenberger, Terell, )
- The 2nd visiting team of the day is responsible for lining the field during the week prior to the game.
- The Key to unlock and lock the storage box is in the combination locker attached to the field box. The combination is 1,2, 3, 4.
- These are the only fields following these procedure for lining. All other fields are lined by the competitive teams using the field.
Easiest way to check if your the first or last game at a field. Go to the Schedule page. Click on Schedule, then click on Referee Assignment. The referee assignment page will load. In the left hand column select the next Saturday play date. Each fields game schedule is listed for the day.
