Failure to do will result in a forfeiture of tournament entry fees.
In case of rain or other special circumstances that prevent us from holding all or a number of games, an attempt will be made to either move those games to another field or to another weekend. If no alternate location or time can be found, then for any team playing a number of games that is less than the guaranteed 3 games, a refund will be issued. The refund will be proportional to the number of games not played related to the minimum number of games guaranteed(3).
The standings will be finalized based on the final number of games that were played.
Only Credit Card payments will be accepted.
An application will not be considered until payment is made in full.
Should payment not be received by the time that the application closes, the application will be rejected and the team will not be eligible to play.
