Age Group Coordinators (AGC) are the main point of contact for rec coaches for a given age division. They form teams, recruit coaches, assign practice days / times / locations, and have weekly check-ins with coaches. Their job is to help make sure the divisions are running smoothly, act as a point of communication, and ensure parents/coaches have everything they need for a great season.
